Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use NovaGo to offer, promote, book, quote, invoice, or take payment for any product or service that is illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law in the United States. NovaGo is only a software tool for scheduling and payments, and it does not verify the legality of any service, license, permit, or provider. You are solely responsible for confirming that your services, employees, contractors, taxes, permits, and business practices comply with all laws that apply to you. Listings or accounts that facilitate illegal activity may be removed, suspended, or terminated immediately and without prior notice, at NovaGo's sole discretion.

NovaGo is built for everyday local service businesses and is not intended for regulated or high-risk industries that require specialized oversight, licensing verification, or compliance controls that the platform does not provide. You may not use the platform for industries we prohibit or restrict, including those listed in the next section. NovaGo does not verify licenses, insurance, certifications, background checks, or regulatory compliance, and nothing on the platform should be read as approval to operate in a restricted field. If you are unsure whether your business is eligible, contact us at support@nova-go.app before creating listings. Operating in a prohibited or restricted industry may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

You may not use NovaGo to offer, book, or process payments for the following categories of services:

• Medical, dental, mental health, or other clinical or healthcare services, or anything involving diagnoses, prescriptions, patient records, or insurance claims.
• Legal services or legal advice, including anything involving case files or privileged records.
• Financial, tax, lending, or investment services, including anything involving tax records or account credentials.
• Insurance sales, brokerage, or claims handling.
• Cannabis, CBD, or other controlled-substance products or services.
• Alcohol delivery or sales, tobacco, vaping, or similar age-restricted goods.
• Firearms, ammunition, weapons, explosives, or related accessories.
• Adult, sexual, or escort services, or sexually explicit content.
• Gambling, betting, lotteries, or games of chance.
• Any dangerous, hazardous, or high-risk service that poses a serious safety threat and requires specialized licensing or oversight we do not provide.

NovaGo is a technology provider only and does not collect or store medical records, diagnoses, prescriptions, insurance data, patient files, therapy notes, legal case notes, or financial tax records. If your business touches any of these areas, do not use the platform for that activity. Offering or processing payments for any of these categories may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

All information you publish on NovaGo, including your business profile, service descriptions, pricing, quotes, availability, and credentials, must be accurate and not misleading. You may not misrepresent your qualifications, licenses, insurance, experience, affiliations, or the nature or results of your services. NovaGo does not verify any claims made by businesses and does not guarantee any provider or outcome; customers rely on your listings, so you are solely responsible for their accuracy. Deceptive, exaggerated, or fraudulent advertising may lead to removal of your listings and immediate suspension or termination of your account, without prior notice.

You may not create, solicit, incentivize, buy, sell, or post fake, misleading, or manipulated reviews or ratings, whether about your own business or a competitor's. Reviews must reflect genuine customer experiences, and you may not use fake accounts, bots, or coordinated efforts to distort them. Attempting to manipulate ratings, feedback, or reputation on the platform undermines customer trust and is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in the removal of affected reviews and immediate suspension or termination of your account, without prior notice.

You may not use NovaGo to harass, threaten, intimidate, defame, stalk, or abuse any customer, other business, NovaGo staff, or third party. This includes hateful, discriminatory, violent, or sexually inappropriate messages, as well as any conduct that is unlawful or that endangers another person's safety. Communicate professionally and respectfully in all bookings, messages, quotes, and disputes. Abusive behavior may result in immediate suspension or removal of your account without prior notice, and serious cases may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

You may not use NovaGo to send unsolicited, repetitive, or deceptive messages, promotions, or notifications to customers or other users. This includes bulk messaging, chain messages, phishing, or misusing booking, quote, or invoice features to distribute unwanted content. Any communications you send through or in connection with the platform must comply with applicable anti-spam and marketing laws, and you are solely responsible for obtaining any consents required to contact your customers. Spam activity may lead to immediate feature restrictions, suspension, or removal of your account, without prior notice.

You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated tools, bots, or scripts to extract data from NovaGo, or attempt to access accounts, data, or areas of the platform you are not authorized to use. You may not probe, reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, or interfere with the platform's infrastructure, security, or availability, or attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls. NovaGo is provided as a software tool for legitimate business management, not for data extraction or resale. Abuse of the platform's systems may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice, and possible legal action.

You may not create fake, fraudulent, or manipulated bookings, quotes, or invoices, whether to inflate activity, mislead customers, or abuse the platform. This includes staging transactions, using stolen or unauthorized payment details, colluding to fake demand, or misusing the booking system in any deceptive way. As an independent provider, you are solely responsible for handling refunds, cancellations, disputes, and chargebacks arising from your bookings, and NovaGo does not guarantee, insure, or mediate the underlying services. Fraudulent booking activity may result in withheld payouts, immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice, and referral to payment processors or authorities.

NovaGo charges a platform fee on completed paid bookings, and that fee applies regardless of the payment method used. You may not take actions designed to avoid, underreport, or circumvent platform fees, such as steering customers off-platform to complete a booking, misreporting amounts, canceling and re-billing outside the system, or otherwise disguising paid transactions arranged through NovaGo. Card payments may be handled by third-party processors such as Stripe, and their terms and fees apply in addition to ours. Fee avoidance is a serious violation and may result in fee recovery and immediate suspension or removal of your account, without prior notice.

You may not upload, post, or transmit content that contains viruses, malware, or malicious code, or that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. You may not upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate, and you must have the rights to any images, text, or materials you publish. You are solely responsible for all content associated with your account and for ensuring it complies with applicable law. Harmful or infringing content may be removed, and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, in each case without prior notice.

NovaGo may investigate suspected violations of this policy and may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts, listings, or content that violate our policies, offer illegal or restricted services, commit fraud, manipulate bookings or reviews, avoid platform fees, abuse other users, scrape the platform, or create legal or compliance risk. Any misuse of the platform or violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension, restriction, or termination of your account without prior notice, at NovaGo's sole discretion, and we are not obligated to monitor the platform. NovaGo is a software and technology provider only; its only service is providing access to the platform, and it is not a party to any transaction between a business and its customers. Because businesses on NovaGo are independent providers that we do not employ, supervise, control, verify, endorse, or guarantee, you remain solely responsible for your services, service quality and fulfillment, pricing, employees, contractors, taxes, licenses, permits, certifications, safety, insurance, payments, refunds, cancellations, disputes, chargebacks, customer communications, the handling of your customers' data, and customer satisfaction, and NovaGo disclaims all responsibility and liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for anything arising out of or related to the services businesses offer, sell, schedule, or perform. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NovaGo, NovaPro Solutions LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any related claims.
