Summary

NovaGo is a software tool that lets customers leave reviews about their real experiences with independent service businesses. Reviews must be honest and first-hand; fake, undisclosed paid, or manipulated reviews are not allowed, and no business may threaten a customer to remove a negative review. NovaGo may remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or off-topic, and any review fraud or manipulation may result in immediate suspension, restriction, or termination of the responsible account without prior notice, at NovaGo's sole discretion. Businesses are welcome to respond professionally. NovaGo is a technology provider only; it does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any review, any business, or its work, and accepts no responsibility or liability for review content or for decisions made in reliance on it.

Reviews must be based on real customer experiences

Reviews on NovaGo are intended to help customers make informed decisions, so they must reflect a genuine, first-hand experience with an independent business you actually booked or paid for through the platform. Only leave a review if you personally interacted with the business, and keep your review honest, relevant, and focused on the service you received. NovaGo is a technology provider only; we do not perform, supervise, or verify the underlying services, and a review is one customer's personal opinion, not a statement or endorsement by NovaGo. Do not submit reviews about businesses you have never used or experiences you did not have.

No fake reviews

Fake reviews mislead customers and undermine trust, so they are strictly prohibited on NovaGo. You may not: - Write a review about a service you never received or a business you never used. - Create or use multiple or fake accounts to post reviews. - Post reviews on behalf of the business, its owners, employees, family, or competitors while pretending to be an ordinary customer. - Submit reviews that contain false, fabricated, or deliberately misleading information. Fake reviews are a form of platform misuse: accounts that post them may have those reviews removed and may be immediately suspended, restricted, or terminated without prior notice, at NovaGo's sole discretion.

No paid or incentivized reviews without disclosure

Businesses may not buy reviews or offer discounts, free services, gifts, refunds, or other incentives in exchange for a positive review, and reviewers may not accept such incentives, unless the arrangement is clearly and conspicuously disclosed within the review itself. Undisclosed paid or incentivized reviews are deceptive, may violate consumer-protection and advertising laws (including U.S. Federal Trade Commission guidance), and are the sole responsibility of the business owner and reviewer, not NovaGo. If any incentive influenced a review, that fact must be stated plainly so other customers can weigh it. NovaGo may remove reviews that appear to be paid or incentivized without proper disclosure.

No review manipulation

You may not manipulate, distort, or game the review system in any way. This includes: - Coordinating or organizing groups to post inflated positive reviews or coordinated negative reviews ("review bombing"). - Selectively soliciting reviews only from customers you expect to be positive while discouraging others from reviewing. - Trading, exchanging, or reciprocating reviews with other businesses. - Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate, boost, or bury reviews. Attempts to manipulate ratings are a serious violation of these terms and may lead to removal of affected reviews and immediate suspension, restriction, or termination of the responsible account without prior notice, at NovaGo's sole discretion.

No threats or intimidation to remove negative reviews

Businesses may not threaten, harass, coerce, or intimidate a customer, or offer or withhold anything of value, in order to pressure the customer into removing, changing, or withholding an honest review. Negative but truthful feedback is a normal part of running a business, and retaliating against a reviewer is prohibited and may also violate laws such as the U.S. Consumer Review Fairness Act. If you believe a review is fraudulent, abusive, or violates this policy, do not contact or pressure the reviewer directly; instead, report it to NovaGo at support@nova-go.app. NovaGo may immediately suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that engage in threats or intimidation against reviewers, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

The platform may remove fraudulent, abusive, or irrelevant reviews

NovaGo may, but is not obligated to, review, moderate, edit, or remove reviews and responses at its discretion, and may do so without prior notice. We may remove content that appears to be fraudulent or fake, contains hate speech, harassment, threats, or profanity, includes personal or confidential information, is spam or advertising, is unrelated to the actual service experience, or otherwise violates this policy or our other terms. Because NovaGo is a software provider and not a party to the transaction, moderation decisions do not make us responsible for any review or for the services provided by an independent business; our only service is providing access to the software platform. We aim to apply this policy consistently but do not guarantee that every improper review will be detected or removed. In addition to content removal, any misuse of the review system or other violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension, restriction, or termination of the responsible account without prior notice, at NovaGo's sole discretion.

Businesses may respond to reviews professionally

Independent businesses are encouraged to respond to reviews to acknowledge feedback, correct factual errors, or explain how they resolved an issue, and a thoughtful, professional response can help future customers. Responses must remain courteous and must not include harassment, threats, retaliation, profanity, or the disclosure of a customer's private or confidential information. As with all activity on the platform, the business owner is solely responsible for the content of its responses and for handling any customer dispute, refund, or complaint. NovaGo may remove responses that violate this policy.

The platform does not guarantee review accuracy

Reviews and ratings reflect the personal opinions of individual customers and are provided for general informational purposes only. NovaGo does not verify, endorse, supervise, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or truthfulness of any review or response, and does not verify, endorse, supervise, or guarantee any business, its credentials, or its work, including its licenses, insurance, certifications, background checks, quality, or legal compliance. You should not rely solely on reviews when choosing a business; customers choose, hire, and pay independent businesses at their own discretion and are solely responsible for their own decisions. Reviews and responses are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, NovaGo, NovaPro Solutions LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners expressly disclaim all responsibility and liability for any review, rating, or response, for any decision made in reliance on them, and for anything arising out of or related to the services independent businesses offer, sell, schedule, or perform.
