Privacy Policy
Last updated July 9, 2026 · Version 1.1
Summary
NovaGo, operated by NovaPro Solutions LLC, is a software provider only. It licenses a platform that helps local U.S. service businesses handle bookings, quotes, invoices, payments coordination, customer management, and business profiles; it is not a party to any transaction between a business and its customers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. We collect only the information needed to run the software, payment card details are handled by third-party processors rather than stored by us, and we do not collect medical, patient, insurance, or other highly regulated sensitive data. Each business using NovaGo is independently and solely responsible for how it handles its own customers' information.
This summary is provided for convenience only. The full terms below control.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide to us, information created when you use the Platform, and information from third parties that help us operate it. This includes:
- Account details such as name, email address, phone number, and password credentials.
- Business profile information you choose to publish, such as business name, description, service categories, hours, and location.
- Booking, quote, and invoice records, including services requested, appointment times, and amounts.
- Messages and support requests you send to us or exchange through the Platform.
- Technical information about the devices and browsers you use to access the Platform.
You control much of what you enter, and you should only submit information that is appropriate for a booking and business-management tool.
2. Business owner information
Businesses that use NovaGo are independent providers, not employees, agents, or partners of NovaGo. NovaGo licenses software to these businesses and has no involvement in the services they offer or perform. When you register a business, we collect account and contact details, business profile content, subscription and billing preferences, and records of the bookings, quotes, and invoices you process through the Platform.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for the information you collect from your own customers. Each business is independently and exclusively responsible for its own privacy practices, including how it collects, uses, stores, secures, discloses, and deletes its customers' information, both inside and outside the Platform, and NovaGo is not responsible for any business's data practices. NovaGo does not verify your licenses, insurance, certifications, background checks, or legal compliance. You must have a lawful basis for any customer information you enter into the Platform and must handle it in accordance with all applicable privacy and consumer-protection laws.
3. Customer booking information
When a customer books a service, requests a quote, or receives an invoice, we process information needed to complete that transaction, such as name, contact details, the service requested, appointment date and time, service address if provided, and booking notes.
This information is shared with the independent business the customer chose to book, because that business needs it to provide the service. Customers choose, hire, and pay independent businesses at their own discretion, and NovaGo is not a party to that relationship. The business, not NovaGo, is solely responsible for delivering the service and for how it handles, protects, and uses customer information after a booking, and NovaGo disclaims responsibility for the data practices of any business. Customers should avoid entering sensitive details that are not necessary for the booking.
4. Payment information handled by third-party processors
NovaGo does not collect or store full payment card numbers. Card payments are processed by third-party payment processors (for example, Stripe), and your card details are provided directly to and handled by those processors under their own terms and privacy policies.
We may receive limited, non-sensitive payment metadata such as the last four digits of a card, a payment confirmation, the transaction amount, and its status, so we can display booking and invoice records and calculate fees. A platform fee applies to completed paid bookings regardless of payment method. Businesses are solely responsible for their own refunds, cancellations, disputes, and chargebacks.
5. Device, log, and analytics data
Like most online services, we automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Platform. This may include IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referring pages, the pages and features you interact with, and timestamps.
We use this data to keep the Platform secure and reliable, diagnose problems, prevent abuse and fraud, and understand how the software is used so we can improve it. Where we use analytics tools, they may collect usage information on our behalf as described in the Service providers section below.
6. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Platform, keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure usage. Essential cookies are required for core functionality such as authentication and security, and analytics or performance cookies help us understand how the Platform is used.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, but blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Platform from working. For more detail, please see our Cookie Policy.
7. How we use information
We use the information we collect to provide and improve the Platform and to support the software features you rely on. Specifically, we use it to:
- Create and manage accounts and business profiles.
- Process bookings, quotes, invoices, and payment coordination.
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- Calculate and collect platform and subscription fees.
- Maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our policies.
- Analyze usage to improve features, performance, and reliability.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not use the Platform to make guarantees about the independent businesses that use it, and we do not sell your personal information.
8. How we share information
We share information only as needed to operate the Platform and as described in this policy. This includes:
- With the independent business a customer books, so it can provide the requested service.
- With third-party service providers and payment processors that help us run the Platform.
- When required by law, legal process, or a valid government request.
- To protect the rights, safety, and property of NovaGo, our users, or the public, and to enforce our terms.
- In connection with a business transfer, as described below.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
9. Service providers
We work with trusted third-party companies that perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, database storage, payment processing, email delivery, error monitoring, and analytics. These providers may access information only to the extent needed to perform their services for us and are expected to protect it.
These providers are independent companies that process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the independent services provided by the businesses that use our Platform, only for the software we provide.
10. Legal compliance
We may access, preserve, and disclose information when we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or an enforceable government request, or to detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues.
NovaGo is a technology provider only and does not provide legal, tax, or compliance advice. Business owners are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to their services, including permits, licensing, insurance, taxes, and consumer-protection and privacy obligations toward their own customers.
11. Business transfers
If NovaGo is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We will take reasonable steps to ensure that any successor continues to be bound by commitments consistent with this Privacy Policy, and we will notify you of any material change in how your information is handled where required by law.
12. Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Platform, and afterward for as long as reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements.
Business and booking records may be retained to maintain accurate transaction histories and to meet tax, accounting, and audit requirements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
13. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration, such as encryption in transit, access controls, and secure hosting infrastructure.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for the security of the information you choose to enter into the Platform. Please notify us promptly at support@nova-go.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
14. No collection of regulated or health data
NovaGo does not collect protected health information and is not HIPAA compliant. The Platform is a general-purpose booking and business-management tool and is not designed or intended to receive, store, or process highly regulated sensitive data.
You must not submit medical records, diagnoses, prescriptions, treatment or therapy notes, patient files, health insurance information, legal case notes, or financial tax records through the Platform. If you need to handle regulated data for your services, you must do so outside of NovaGo using systems and safeguards appropriate for that data. We may remove content or suspend accounts that submit prohibited regulated data or otherwise create legal or compliance risk.
15. Your privacy rights and communication choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of it, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
To exercise these rights, contact us at support@nova-go.app, and we will respond as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Note that some information tied to completed transactions may be retained where the law permits or requires it.
Communication choices: most emails we send are transactional — booking requests and confirmations, quotes, invoices, receipts, and account or billing notices — and are necessary to provide the service you or your business requested. If we ever send marketing or promotional emails, they will include a clear way to unsubscribe, and opting out of marketing will not affect transactional messages. You can also ask us to limit non-essential communications at any time by emailing support@nova-go.app.
16. U.S. state privacy rights
If you live in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, the right to access, correct, or delete your information, the right to obtain a portable copy, the right to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, and certain profiling, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects — so there is nothing to opt out of today.
To submit a request, contact us at support@nova-go.app. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision and we will review it as required by your state's law; if your appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general.
California residents: the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, provides the rights above. We have not sold or shared personal information, as those terms are defined by California law, in the preceding 12 months.
17. Children's privacy
The Platform is intended for businesses and adult customers and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@nova-go.app and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
18. International users
NovaGo is intended for local service businesses and their customers in the United States, and our systems and service providers are generally located in the United States.
If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location. By using the Platform, you consent to that processing.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised policy.
